I’m an experienced chef with 30 years experience. I have worked for several contract catering companies over the years working my way up executive chef at a local caterer. I’m confident , talkative and I enjoy cooking in front of guests. I have worked for events caterers in the past in London cooking for the rich and famous from Simon Cowell to the royals. I run a live cookery school on Facebook and I’m also producing cooking vlogs on YouTube. I love the casual dining experience as well as top end and smart plated bistro style dishes.
