My journey began at the esteemed establishment of Marcus Wareing, where I honed my craft and developed a profound passion for creating exquisite dishes. For the past 3 years, I have had the privilege of working alongside culinary visionary Heston Blumenthal at his renowned 3 Michelin-starred restaurant, The Fat Duck.
