Having worked in professional kitchens in London, Australia and New Zealand I am now sharing this experience by bringing it into the homes of hungry Londoners. I love to cook, both at work and at home. I thrive on learning about new food from around the world, having travelled to over 60 countries. My career has been focused around Modern European dining with many years experience with British food. Away from the professional kitchen I have created dishes from as far and wide as Japan, India, Thailand, Mexico, Peru, The Middle East and West Africa so I have a very versatile skill set.
