I just love cooking and present my dishes. And when I see the smiles of people around me is my greatest satisfaction.
I went to Culinary art college in Italy, start to work as kitchen apprentice at 17, now I'm 54.
I worked for various hotels and restaurants in France, Switzerland and Italy. Too many to list them all.
Most notable places where I worked was Hotel Danieli 5*Lux, in Venice in 1987; The Walnut tree, with my mentor F. Taruschio in 1992; Dafne's in London in 1995. Hotel de la paix in Lugano 4*, Switzerland. More recently I was working in 2018 for C. Bosi at the Swan in Claygate and in 2019 at The French table in Surbiton.
