Hi!!
I'm Cristian, a chef from Venice.
Very passionate about food, I grew up in Venice where I learnt from my grandmas -one from Naples and the other from Venice- all the secrets of the traditional italian cuisine.
After graduating in a hospitality high school I started my career as a chef in fine dining and Michelin star restaurants.
In 2016 I moved to London to extend my knowledge: i met a number of different cuisines, cultures and techniques, thanks to which i am able to plan and execute interesting kind of recipes.
