I am a professional chef, starting my career nearly 25 years ago in Edinburgh, and have sinced worked in kitchens across the world from Italy and Spain to Australia. 11 years ago I created Fallachan, a private dining company focusing on sourcing the best local and seasonal produce from around Scotland and the U.K., working directly with fisherman, butchers and growers, as well as foraging for much local produce myself.
For the last 11 years of buisness, Fallachan has operated in a predominately private capacity, creating bespoke dining experiences for corporate and private events, from tasting menus with wine pairings, to canape events and wild dining.
With extensive experience working in private yachts, stately homes and various private-client homes around the U.K., I lead a team with expert knowledge of bringing a professional restaurant-like dining experience to your home or location, whether that may be for a family BBQ, tasting menu celebration, or multi-day trip featuring various meals throughout your booking.
