I am available to work world wide. My philosophy is to serve the freshest of produce, at the highest of quality, featuring seasonal ingredients.
am a Michelin star chef and the only one of five South African chefs to earn a Michelin star.
I earned the Michelin star in only six months and retained it for five years while training in Michelin star restaurants, earning 2 Michelin stars with Michael Wignall, worked at 3 Michelin star Alain Ducasse, and 1 Michelin star with John Campbell at Coworth Park, Dorchester Collection. I have never achieved less than 3 AA Rosettes as a chef.
