I am a professional chef from Piedmont with more than 15 year of experience. Graduated at ALMA International culinary school of Gualtiero Marchesi .

In Italy, I worked with Luca Collami in Genoa and then moved to Sicily to Donna Carmela, i worked with La Granda and Martini 2 of the best butchers . In London, I worked for Il macellaio Rc in few venues, Baladin in Camden town, the pig and butcher , Hawksmoor and Paesan .
