Hi, I'm Charlotte! I'm passionate about making delicious, flavoursome meals with high quality seasonal ingredients.

I was originally a pen pusher and keen home cook but in 2016 I took the plunge and retrained at Ashburton's Chef's Academy. Since then I have worked in a variety of restaurants including fine dining at Roux at the Landau, rustic Italian fare in Tuscany and as head chef of an award-winning London gastro-pub, The Canton Arms, where Giles Coren of The Times once described my roast potatoes as "historic"!

I'm now focussing on my own business through which I offer bespoke catering, cookery lessons and seasonal pop-up restaurant nights.

I enjoy cooking dishes from a wide variety of origins and creating and tailoring menus to suit your tastes and the occasion. I am particularly fond of creating sharing feasts - they feel so convivial and allow guests to try a range of dishes.
