I'm Charlotte, former head chef at top London gastropub, Canton Arms, and passionate private chef with broad experience and “historic!” roast potatoes, according to Giles Coren of The Times.

Starting in fine dining for Michel Roux Jr. and learning Italian cuisine in Tuscany, I went on to work in critically renowned gastropubs, including Soho’s The Devonshire, and has since run a series of my own, successful pop-ups.

My cooking style focuses on showcasing high-quality seasonal ingredients and vibrant flavours, letting them speak for themselves with attractive and unfussy plating. I draw inspiration from a diverse range of cuisines to create memorable dining experiences that celebrate the joy of shared meals. Plus, as a plant-forward specialist, I give her vegetarian dishes just as much thought and attention as the meat and fish offerings.
