I have spent the past year progressing and developing my career as a chef, from leading the kitchen as head chef at Shappen Café to running a chalet for 8 guests. Prior to this, I worked as a sole chef on a 28m super yacht and trained in a two-rosette hotel. My experience spans both high-volume commercial kitchens, where I prepared large quantities of meals to the highest standard, and super yachts, where I tailored meals to meet the needs of high-net-worth clients.Passionate about seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and nutrition, I believe in the power of food to nourish and bring people together. I am dedicated to creating meals that highlight the best of what each season offers while meeting the dietary needs and preferences of my guests. I can confidently run a kitchen, with experience in menu design, ordering, and provisioning. This career path has taught me resilience, dedication, and the importance of teamwork. I am now looking to progress my career further and am excited to explore new opportunities where I can continue to grow and refine my skills.
