I have been a professional chef for the past 13 years. My career has been mainly in the UK but I have also worked in restaurants with Michelin stars in France, where I have trained under great chefs, including Tom Kitchin, Steve Groves and Michele Roux jnr. I have also catered for various events over the years including, weddings, birthdays and various events around the UK.
