Charles is an experienced private chef with a passion for creating unforgettable culinary experiences. With a background that includes cooking for the Royal Knights of Windsor Castle, celebrities such as Nick and Royston from the good housewives of Cheshire, Lorraine Kelly. Leicester FC and also renowned directors from companies like Investec and Accenture, as well as a short gig cooking for the Ministry of Justice Crown Court Judges and Clerks, Charles knows how to cater to the highest standards.

Having worked in prestigious restaurants such as Hand & Flowers By Tom Kerridge as well as many varied senior roles as a chef, Charles has honed his skills and developed a classic cooking style with a modern worldwide culinary twist. He has trained up to a 2 Michelin star level, having had the opportunity to work under the guidance of acclaimed chefs like Tom Kerridge and Tom Sellers.

I am offering meal prep, Cookery courses and the most incredible BBQ Buffets alongside Fine Dining dinner parties.

What sets Charles apart is his ability to incorporate modern gastronomy techniques and original flavours from around the world into his dishes. He takes pleasure in taking classic dishes and giving them a contemporary touch. His favorite dish to cook is a mouthwatering lasagne.

I chose to be a chef out of a genuine passion for all things food and the endless possibilities that come with working with a wide range of ingredients. His ultimate goal is to put a smile on the faces of those who enjoy his food. The love for cooking has also taken him on exciting culinary journeys around the globe, allowing him to experience different culinary traditions and bring those influences into his own creations.

Charles was an absolute delight- he communicated via text, when needed, was prompt and punctual and conjured up a lovely meal for my husband and I. All 3 courses were amazing, but his triple chocolate and fudge brownie was to die for ????. Not too sweet and has left us both wanting it again. Great night, great food and the kitchen looked as if he had never been.
