A deep passion for cooking, with an expertly honed culinary skill set and Michelin Star experience.

I am a professional Chef with over six years in the industry and an expertly honed culinary skill set, Leiths Food & Wine-trained, I bring a wealth of experience to the table. I began my career under the mentorship of renowned Head Chef Steve Groves at the acclaimed Roux at Parliament Square. Building on this solid foundation, I went on to gain invaluable Michelin Star experience while serving at the prestigious The Westbury in Mayfair with Chef Alyn Williams. Most recently, I was at The Grill @ The Dorchester Hotel, one of London's most iconic luxury hotels on Park Lane.

For my private dining clients, I bring together my wealth of experience and a deep appreciation for culinary traditions passed down from my grandmother in Spain. I create unforgettable dining experiences for my clients, focusing on a perfect balance of refined luxury and comforting family favourites.
