Harsha has over 12 years of experience in five star and Michelin kitchens, and is keen to bring a fine dining experience to your table. With experience in menu development and big brand consultation, we can craft a menu to suit any customer, involving exciting cuisines from across the globe. We specialise in authentic Sri Lankan food, offering traditional and fusion menus packed with the flavours of Ceylon.
Our street food business, Ceylon and Beyond, offers Sri Lankan food from a mobile set up, with a diverse and colourful menu that's perfect for any gathering. We cater for all sizes of event, weddings, parties or work get togethers. If you need a kitchen outdoors or on the go, we can bring it to you.
