exceptionally innovative chef, with more than 6 years experience in some of top restautants and hotels arround the world such as Quique Dacosta (Spain), Conceito food store (Portugal), Five Palm Jumeirah( Dubai). La Petit maison ( london, Miami, Hong kong) and some more. all of this experience made me absorve lots of knowlege, allowing me explore and create different kinds of food.
