I am a very passionate chef and love working with spices. I am quite enthusiastic about creating vibrant and flavourful dishes and love people
I have always cooked for my family. Growing up in Mauritius, my older brothers were 'disasters' in the kitchen. They cooked pasta even after the water evaporated.
Me on the other hand, was a natural in the kitchen. Cooking a simple meal for my siblings, I knew I wanted to be a chef.
