After spending many years cooking in some of Norfolk's and the UK's best restaurants. I have a wealth of knowledge about food and flavours to make your occasion one to remember.

I grew up in Norfolk and have great relationships with Norfolk's best suppliers of meat, fish, fruit and vegetables; this means I can get the very best local and most flavoursome produce to create a bespoke menu to suit any occasion.

I learned to cook with my grandma at a very young age, and after working in the restaurant business for many years I finally opened up my own catering team. We are ready for you!

Excellent experience

I hired a chef for the very first time to cook for my 70th birthday party in September 2024. It was the most incredible experience and worth every penny. I knew what I wanted and wrote a very specific brief; Connor interpreted it so well with his first proposal and it required only a couple of slight tweaks to make the menu perfect. On the day, the friendly and approachable team of two (George and Chantelle) arrived in perfect time, with admirably prepared food that they finished discreetly in the kitchen and served so professionally and subtly attentively. Chantelle was very attuned to how I might want things to go. Also, they cleared up virtually unnoticeably. It truly was an incredible experience and helped make my birthday super special. I would hire the team again in a heartbeat.

Incredible service with extremely good food (and presentation). Diligently worked away in the background and set everything up, plated the food, and hosted an amazing evening and meal for us. Would 100% recommend.
