Through these experiences, I've developed a deep understanding of fine dining, which I now infuse with the vibrant, bold tastes of the Caribbean. As the former Head Chef at The Residency Notting Hill, I earned recognition for my ability to blend Caribbean flavors with contemporary finesse, creating opulent and unforgettable dining experiences.
