Graduated in pastry and bakery, and kitchen management. I was working for different chefs with michelin stars as a sous chef and chef the partie. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were really impressed. Carmen is clearly a talented chef and the quality of the food and ingredients was very high. Everything was cooked with precision and we very much enjoyed all of the dishes. The food was creative and original - mainly Spanish with some Asian influences. The presentation on the plate, as you would expect, was to a high class restaurant standard. A perfect way to celebrate a special occasion. It was also appreciated that Carmen was flexible with part of the menu so I could accommodate my wife's favourite dish.

We had a meal for my wife's birthday. Carmen was very professional and on time. The food was great, of a high quality and as described. Carmen was very pleasant and explained the dishes to us. The kitchen was left very clean. I would recommend Carmen's services.
