With over 12 years of experience in the culinary industry, I am a classically and modern trained chef who has honed my skills in some of the UK’s most prestigious kitchens. After earning my Level 2 and 3 qualifications in Catering at college, I went on to develop my craft in high-calibre establishments such as Panoramic 34, The London Carriageworks, and the Titanic Hotel, where I refined both traditional and contemporary techniques. My career has also included time with large restaurant groups like Browns, giving me a well-rounded understanding of both fine dining and high-volume service. Now working as a private chef, I bring restaurant-quality cuisine and a bespoke dining experience to each client I serve.
