I was born and raised in Essex then moved to the Islebof Wight at the age of 15 when I attended catering college. After working at the Berkely Hotel in London, I emigrated to the United States. I worked mainly in gourmet restaurants in five star hotels including LA, Orlando then followed by 17 years in Las Vegas. I have published 2 cookbooks and would make your evening a night to remember with my style of cooking.
