Continuously striving in the pursuit toward Perfection. A fusion-based culinary approach stemming from Traditional and Novel culinary techniques.

Having freelanced as Executive Chef across the UK, I have had the honour of serving major celebrities including Jude Bellingham, Jasper Carrot, Gordon Ramsay Johnny Depp, among many others. Starting at 16 working with major restaurant's such as Aisha's and Jojolapa, I quickly became a known face amongst inner chef circles - Regularly working as Jr Sous for Varanasi, St Andrews Stadium, the NEC, as well as a number of Michelin and Rosette venues around the Midlands and Oxford. Training in some of the UK's leading Michelin Gastropubs, I love to adopt a fusion-based culinary approach, pairing outstanding elements for unique flavours.
