Having served as a merchant navy officer and now working as a marine consultant, I bring a unique perspective to my cooking. My experiences have enriched my palate and inspired my creativity, allowing me to craft dishes that evoke joy and connection. I believe that the dining table is where family bonds are strengthened and cherished memories are made, and I strive to create meals that foster that togetherness.

With a specialty in preparing delightful feasts for gatherings of friends and family—typically from intimate dinners to celebrations of up to 20 people—I pour my heart into every dish. While I’ve received suggestions to open a restaurant, my true motivation lies in sharing my culinary creations to make people happy. For me, cooking is not just a profession; it’s a passionate hobby that brings joy to those I serve.
