I live and breathe cooking, my focus is using local, fresh ingredients uniquely prepared to prove eating food is an experience, not just a need.
I am a head chef of a country pub, looking to also provide great food to people at home. Despite being 19, I have four years experience professionally, running kitchens, creating menus, producing recipes. My focus is to Showcase seasonal and local ingredients, and to prove that eating is an experience- people listen to music, watch shows, and with taste being another sense, it is important to have fun with it.
