I am a professional chef with 8 years of experience. I grew up in my father's restaurant located in south Italy where I found myself deeply loving food and food preparation. I worked as a private chef for the past 1 year and I also have experience as an agency sous chef, restaurant head chef, pizza chef etc. the Mediterranean food culture is my favorite, but I also have some experience in English food, Thai food, Spanish food, French etc. Handmade pasta is one of my strong points, but also meat, vegan, vegetarian and plant based food are on my top list.
