I'm a professional chef from 12 years, I started in Italy (sicily), where I learned the basics of traditional and Mediterranean cuisine. I later moved to London to learn about English and international cuisine, where I worked at the starred restaurant Berners Tavern, run by chef Jason Atherton. I currently collaborate with executive chef Alessandro Verdenelli, in an Italian restaurant.
