With over three decades of culinary expertise, I am a seasoned chef who has navigated France's vibrant world of hospitality and gastronomic tourism. My journey has taken me through the heart of Paris, where I had the privilege of crafting exquisite dishes for the Australian and UK embassies, delighting diplomats in their private residences. I’ve also explored the enchanting French canals, served aboard the luxurious Orient Express Barge Fleet, and created unforgettable dining experiences in the stunning chalets of the French Alps.
More recently, I’ve transitioned into Private Domestic services, where I’ve honed my skills as a chef on exclusive estates. I am excited to extend my culinary artistry to you, bringing a touch of French elegance and flavour to your table. Let’s embark on a delicious journey.
