I learnt to be a chef during my 3 years as an apprentice at a 5 star hotel in South Africa. I love to travel and learn about local traditions through the foods that people prepare and eat in different cultures. I love presenting meals that people find exciting and delicious, as well as healthy and nourishing.

I booked Chef Angelique for my 30th Birthday party to cook a sit down meal for 14 guests. Communication throughout the process was seamless, and all dietary requirements (there were a few) were catered for amazingly. The food exceeded expectation and every guest enjoyed it thoroughly! I will not hesitate to hire Chef Angelique again :)

Chef Angelique was outstanding. Before our dinner party the communication was very good, clear and highly accommodating to all of our requests. The chef arrived promptly on time and immediately settled into the preparation. Angelique has a wonderful calm manner and is completely in control and certainly knows what she’s doing. The food was absolutely superb and everyone enjoyed it immensely. The dishes were varied, interesting very tasty and delivered with style. Chef Angelique was pivotal to the success of the post-wedding dinner party and she really made the day spectacular for everyone. I will wholeheartedly recommend Chef Angelique. Angie cooked a delicious meal for us and our friends for a milestone birthday dinner. We discussed and refined the menu to our taste. Angie provided alternatives for our two guests with dietary requirements. At the end of the evening the kitchen was left spotless. Would highly recommend Angie (and her home grown salad) for a private dining event.

Chef Angie was wonderful and delivered us some fantastic food. I have some strange intolerances and she was very careful, considered and produced our menu brilliantly with this in mind. I would highly recommend her.

Angelique Carosin was amazing and I could not recommend high enough. She was the chef for a special occasion for me and 8 friends and we all loved the food. One of my friends is gluten and dairy free and Angelique was very discreet and provided a meal in line with the main menu. The portions were a good size and it all tasted amazing! Definitely a 5 from us! Thank you

We were incredibly blessed to find chef Angelique and her parter Rob to prepare our dinner for 8 people. Chef was polite and punctual, agreed the menu well beforehand taking account of dietary requirements. Angelique and Rob were polite and engaging, quickly understood our kitchen, Rob even noticed that the security tags hadn’t been removed from our champagne! The food itself was varied and interesting and tasted absolutely delicious. Our evening couldn’t really have gone any better, we had time to spend with our guests and our kitchen was left spotless with no washing up! Would definitely recommend!

This was so fantastic! The booking process was quick and easy and we were lucky enough to find the wonderful Angelique Carosin as our chef. She was kind, attentive and thoughtful throughout and gave my parents-in-law a really special golden wedding evening. And the food was superb. Can’t recommend this whole experience highly enough.
