Andrew Dekannwarri, our chef, is from the North West of England. From an early age, he had an incredible passion for food. After qualifying at Bournemouth college with a City & guilds 706/1 in Food & Catering,
Andrew also hold a current food hygiene certificate and is haccp qualified . Andrew moved to central London to work with key players in the industry and experiment with different styles of cuisine. Before long, his skills and culinary expertise were perfectly honed.
With almost three decades of experience working as a private chef in the catering industry, Andrew brings an incredible wealth of knowledge to every event. Over the years, he has catered at a range of different high-end venues across the UK. No event is too big or too small.
As a leading specialist in African and West Indian cuisine, Andrew is also a food consultant. From special events to new restaurants and product launches, he has helped advise countless UK businesses. Some of the places I have worked include various venues over 25 years in the catering business
