I'm Andrea Zambrano, I've been living in London for 15 months. I currently work at Gloria restaurant but I am looking for new, more dynamic and evolutionary experiences. In the past I worked as a CDP in a starred restaurant in Paris for 13 months, then I came to London to deal with the opening of a new restaurant, Gloria, initially as Sous Chef, and actually like Head Chef.
