Get to know me better

I’m a Sicilian chef blending tradition with innovation, crafting unforgettable dishes inspired by heritage, seasons, and global influences.

I am a culinary artist deeply rooted in the rich flavors of Piazza Armerina, Sicily. My journey began at the age of five, crafting pizza and mastering pasta with wild fennel under the watchful eye of my grandmother. My cooking embodies authentic Italo-Sicilian traditions, infused with a modern touch—an approach I have refined in prestigious Michelin-starred kitchens such as Luogo di Aimo e Nadia and Albereta Relais & Châteaux.

I honed my craft at the renowned Federico II Culinary Institute in Enna, Sicily, and further enriched my skills across Italy and London’s dynamic, multicultural food scene. For me, cooking is more than creating dishes—it’s about telling a story. Each plate I craft is a tribute to Sicilian heritage, blended with innovation and global influence.

From delighting taste buds with Sicilian-style meatballs to elegantly plating wild mushroom risotto, my inspiration comes from the seasons, emotions, and the people around me. I’ve had the honor of cooking for renowned figures like Chiara Ferragni and Fedez, as well as being chosen to cook for the premiere of Netflix’s The Witcher, expanding my culinary repertoire.

Beyond the kitchen, I share my passion through TV shows, live cooking events, and masterclasses at the University of West London. Whether collaborating with esteemed chefs like Aldo Zilli and Francesco Mazzei or working alongside the Italian Embassy in London to promote authentic Italian cuisine, my goal is to create unforgettable dining experiences—each meal a masterpiece, each bite a journey through the flavors of Italy.
