I am an academic at the University of Cambridge looking to build a career as a private dinning chef. I am currently studying towards a Level 2 Technical Certificate in Professional Cookery.
My dishes encapsulate a wide range of different cuisines, ranging from European and Indian classics, through to interesting fusions between East and South Asian flavours and techniques, and my signature Indian/Italian fusion cookery.
