I am a professional chef with over 18 years of experience in the culinary landscape. My journey began with a Baccalaureate in Cooking Production in Beirut, Lebanon, my hometown. Seeking to further enhance my skills and immerse myself in diverse culinary traditions, I moved to London. Here, I collaborated with renowned establishments like Ishbilia at Harrods Shopping Centre, Alhamra Lebanese Restaurant in Mayfair, and currently serve as the Night-time Head Chef at Ishbilia, William Street. Over the years, I have specialised in Arabic, Mediterranean, and international cuisines, with a passion for infusing traditional dishes with innovative twists. My dedication to the culinary arts has also led me to serve as a private chef for various affluent families in London, ensuring tailored and memorable dining experiences.
