I am a former Head Chef with over 20 years of professional experience in Hospitality. I have a multitude of knowledge in all aspects of the industry. As well as in the hotel sector; both in the operational, accounting, and managerial sectors. My experience ranges from Michelin star restaurants at 4/5 * hotels with over 10 years of experience. My expertise is in French classical cuisine. I have been trained by Michelin star French chefs. I take pride in the product and in every dish I create, from the chef to the table. I have a discipline and high respect for the arts of fine dining and how food is prepped, presented and prepared to ensure the highest quality and standard for the client. I have a high skill set and the knowledge along with the merit that makes me capable to do any job to the best of my ability and always guarantees, I represent any organization with pride and respect and allow us to grow as a team through the essence of food while maintaining a high standard and reputation.
