A quote that defines my cooking: "Let Food Be Thy Medicine and Medicine Be Thy Food."

I started my career in food with a boutique hot sauce business, which then evolved into a range of supper clubs and private dining experiences.

I now work as a private chef, whilst hosting supper clubs in collaboration with a London based art school. We incorporate life drawing, music and cocktails into the evening before sitting down to a three course dinner with wine pairings.
