A dedicated and passionate Chef with multiple experiences around the world. After selling my own restaurant back in Spain I went on to work with Aurelio Morales 1 Michelin Star, Paco Perez 6 Michelin Star and former Executive Sushi Chef (NOBU Miami) After working in 3 different continents I have settled down in the UK and I am looking forward to share my expertise and passion within the London community.
