Love the private Chef business, always fun and get to cook in some fabulous kitchens .
I have been in the business all my life and love it. My wife and I had several pub restaurants with rooms in the Cotswolds but around 10 years ago decided to go for a quieter life and so decided to go this route to satisfy my cooking habit, and what else would I do. Have built up a good a lovely client base but always room for more. I also drive emergency response vehicles pat time for the NHS which is also very rewarding.

I studied at Catering college in Bristol and worked part time at local restaurants, them went to Switzerland and onto Australia.
A cooking secret...
Fun , and love getting all the stock in and gradually prepping it then after the event looking at an empty fridge
