Al was absolutely fabulous from start to finish. The menu he created for a small 70th birthday celebration was perfect and couldn’t have been any better. 5 star food and presentation His communication throughout was fantastic and he was just so easy to work with to ensure the evening was everything we wanted. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone - he deserves every success.
