I would like to give you a little more information about myself . My name is Afolabi you can call me fola for short I am a professional chef working throughout fine dining restaurants, hotels, Quality banqueting events and catering & hospitality establishments for about 10 to 12 years now. Primarily based in london working with a variety of different cuisines such as Modern British, Italian, Mediterranean, Indian, middle eastern, African and Carribean I've also worked internationally with the Disney cruises French Remy, in Saudi Arabia at a 5 star luxury resort, in Qatar and Saudi Arabia working for FIFA & in Trinidad and Tobago working for a fine dining restaurant.
