Award winning chef, I have worked with the late Gary Rhodes in the UK, Europe and the Middle East. I have also cooked for the royal family having worked for some time in Windsor Castle.
My favourite ingredient is rhubarb and I have a huge passion for seafood.
I was taught that you’re only as good as your last plate of food and that’s how I have always worked to a high standard.
