each event i do is such a unique experience for myself as well as the guests,

invited to cook in guests personal homes/spaces is an achievement in itself.

My background has been head chef, executive chef etc...

getting brought up the ranks with some highly reputable chefs in the industry

My story,

Born in Ayrshire, grew up on the east coast of Spain,

now back here to show you what i have to offer.

I enjoy Spanish hints on my menu, introducing a unique touch to my cookery.

I also love the task of producing a taste the best of Scotland menu.

Excellent service. Friendly and attentive and very informative about sources of ingredients. Food was amazing. Large portions. Would definitely recommend.

Aj cooked for us (three families with children) while on holiday in two locations in Scotland. It was a pleasure to have Aj with us for four days. During the booking process he was very responsive and presented a few menu options, including options suitable for vegetarians and young children. He was happy to modify some dishes as required. Overall Aj fed us very well (and a lot!) displaying a number of Scottish typical dishes including seafood and local meats, as well as some Spanish dishes. He was also very accommodative to children preferences and they loved having him around as we did! We were very happy to come back in the evening after our days out to be able to enjoy excellent dishes and be able to relax over dinner. Aj also always left the kitchen immaculate! Overall he made our holiday so much more enjoyable!
