Chef Stefano was the best we could have hired for our stay in the Montalcino region! He went above and beyond our expectations. Not only was the food delicious, but he has a very interesting background and experience. It was nice to hear about different cuisines and cultures, not only from his stories while cooking and serving but through his dishes and the flavors as well! He set up a beautiful table scape and brought dishes specific to each course - truly went the extra mile. My family was thrilled and is still talking about Chef Stefano as one of the highlights of our trip. It was great to work with him during the planning, while he was at the house, and I hope to have the chance to use him again or at least recommend him to others.

Had a great meal with Kevin! He prepared a locally inspired meal with lots of original and enjoyable elements. Food was fresh, delicious and looked great. We had some minor dietary needs and he was very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Chef Andrea Cornacchia delivered an excellent culinary experience to us and our 14 guests at our villa in Porto Cervo. He was punctual, extremely helpful and well organised from helping us in choosing the right menu for the occasion, a friendly buffet style dinner, and also went above and beyond in helping us with selecting wine, making dessert, providing wine glasses and even beautiful linen napkins. Menu was fish based, very fresh and tasty, and using mostly local Sardinian recipes which all the guests loved. The "Pentolo" was the star of the evening, a self standing big pan where Andrea coocked "live" a special fish and pasta dish in front of all of us. After dinner everything was left spotless and tidy. Truly a 5 Star experience from beginning to end. Bravo Andrea!
