Chef Mirko Lisorsa is incredible. 9 Family members visited Dordogne region of France and needed a chef to prepare food for us. Chef Mirko delivered the experience of a lifetime. The Chef drove long distance to our village and brought fresh produce, cheese and meats with him. Through out the day different aromas arose from the kitchen as he prepared 4 different courses of our dinner. It was fun to see him perform his magic. He was friendly, courteous & prompt. The canapés were delicious, the bruschetta was out of this world, and the steak was so tender it melted in our months. Foie Gras sauce was out of this world, & despite its ingredients, was not heavy at all. None of us had food hangover the night of or the day after. None was light, delicious and fresh. This was the best meal we had in the Dordogne region all week. It was a pleasure to have Chef Mirko prepare our meal. He is a creative artist, a true professional and someone who has a passion for his work.

This was our first visit to Take-a-Chef and Chef Mindaugias provided an excellent experience. We frequently eat out in Michelin-star restaurants and the quality of the food was a this level. The presentation of the dishes was also excellent and we loved his style.
