I love food and I love people, thus I want to do something that allows me to work with both and engage with customers from all over the world.
I'm working at a restaurant in Paris called Le Chiberta avec Guy Savoy. Before, I was studying and working in New York in the area of cooking. A number of kitchens that I've worked at include Le Bernardin and Le Gratin in New York City, and Brasserie 292 and Woodpecker General Store in upstate New York. I was also actively assisting in different catering events with different chefs. During my study at the Culinary Institute of America, I was the instructor chef's assistant for the fish room and also the kitchen assistant for Bocuse restaurant. But more than that, I'm coming from a communication background.
Prior to my cooking journey due to my passion in food and desire to challenge myself in the kitchen as a female chef, I was the senior account supervisor at a leading global financial communication firm for public companies' investor relations programs. I also obtained my master's degree in Public Relations from New York University.
