I'm an ex-consultant in global sustainability strategy. Gratuated from Bocconi University in economics and management. I was unable to remain sitted at my desk, consequently I knocked at Le Taillevent and worked for the Two Michelin Star Chef Giuliano Sperandio for a year, in order to professionalise my life time passion.
