I am a truly hedonist taking advantage of cooking in order to pleasure people but also myself !
I’ve been passionate about cooking since my early years, when my parents initiated me to the pleasures of gastronomy. After a first career working as a financial consultant, I began a transition and started training as a chef. It’s been four years now and I have had the opportunity to work in several restaurants as well as for private events mainly in Paris and the French Riviera. My culinary spectrum ranges from comfy food to fancier plates and is influenced by our wonderful region as well as my numerous travels around the world. Be sure I’ll always pay attention to propose dishes in accordance with the season and fresh ingredients locally available. I’m happy to discuss all of this in order to arrange the best menu for you.
