We are two culinary students. Create dishes based on Asian cuisine but fused with French cuisine.
We are two Taiwanese and Chinese students who now studying French cuisine in Paris.
We came to France because of our passion for cooking. Having Michelin 2 stars experience, we started thinking about integrating the techniques we learned with our own culture to create unique and delicious dishes.
