I am Simone Mazzola an italian chef from north Italy, I worked always in Michelin stars in Italy. Last three years I lived in Australia

I am Simone Mazzola an italian chef from north Italy, Rovasenda in Piedmont and have been passionate about cooking from a very young age.

Holding a Master’s degree in Italian cuisine, I am fond of creating healthy fine dining working with local and fresh products.. It is a skill which I have been able to highlight while working for Gourmet restaurants as well as Michelin stars restaurants. I’m passionate about trying and searching new local spices, herbs and using them in the plates.

After 3 years living in Australia and travelling around Western Australia and Queensland I found myself working in eco retreat lodges in the middle of the nature.
