I am a cook with over 10 years experience in the hospitality industry, I specialise in vegetarian food as I believe this to be the future of sustainable eating and I love to surprise meat eaters with big flavours! I love cooking family style meals but to a restaurant standard. The dishes I make for you will be seasonal and locally sourced.
