(Français) Cheffe professionnelle depuis 10 ans, mon parcours atypique m’a permis d’explorer diverses cuisines du monde. Formée à Paris, j’ai ensuite travaillé longtemps pour des artistes en tournée.
Je me suis finalement installée en 2014 à Bordeaux pour y travailler avec les plus grands traiteurs de la région avec lesquels j’ai pu découvrir les plus prestigieux lieux du sud-Ouest.
J’ai récemment été formée à la cuisine italienne à Naples et peux proposer des ateliers avec mon associée cheffe italienne.
(English) Professional chef for over ten years, my fantastic training has allowed me to explore diverse cuisines from around the world. Trained in Paris, I then worked for a long time as a chef for international artists on tour.
I finally settled in Bordeaux in 2014 to work with some of the biggest caterers in the region. I had the opportunity to discover the most prestigious places of the south-west.
I recently spent time training in Italian cuisine in Naples and now I am delighted to offer lessons in Italian cuisine with my Italian Chef associate.
If there are any ingredients which you would prefer to have or not to have in your menu, simply let me know. For example : no fish, no peppers, vegan only, etc..
